- Best month ever for total parts made, up 16% from Sept, but still only ~1/2 way to target
- Part failure rate up to ~8%, mostly due to BB, DO and fork issues in the month
- Frames built increased slightly from last month
- Forks built only slightly increased from last month. Need to solve fork issues and get new DO tool online
- Most Framesets shipped ever! Increased siginificantly from last 2 months
- New personnel should help finishing throughput and work through backlog
- Similar average number of cure cycles per day to September. Need to increase
- Still need significant improvements in part, frame and finishing throughput to hit profitability target by the end of the year
