You are responsible for return shipping costs for your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming that we have received and processed your returned item.
If a refund is approved and processed a credit will automatically be applied, including your approved shipping expenses, within 7-14 days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
