Refund policy

  • We’re here to help and ensure you have a great experience with your BRIDGE Bike
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for your item.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming that we have received and processed your returned item.
  • If a refund is approved and processed a credit will automatically be applied, including your approved shipping expenses, within 7-14 days. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to show up on your credit card or bank statement.
  • We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
