A 50% deposit holds your build slot, and production begins once it's in. Because your frame goes into production right away, the deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another rider or build until the balance is paid. The balance is invoiced before paint.

TIMELINES
Manufacturing and delivery dates are best estimates. This date can change to be either sooner or later depending on order volume, production scheduling, size, colour, component choices, etc. We are always happy to provide updates and will do our best to deliver no later than estimated at time of deposit.
ORDER CHANGES
An order can be changed up to the time of balance being paid. This includes, but is not limited to, size changes, colour changes, component changes, delivery date delays, changes to upgrades or add-ons, customizations, etc.
NON-PAYMENTS
If the balance of an order is not paid within 30 days of invoice issue, your order will be moved to the end of our production list (unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior).
