Carbon Parts
All the carbon parts for your frame. Each one was hand laid by our lamination experts at our Toronto manufacturing facility. All 11 will be prepped for the next step.
Bonded Frame
The carbon parts have been bonded into a frame. This is when we officially consider it a frame. Technically rideable. This is the final silhouette.
Ready for Paint
The primer is dry, this is the first step. Getting to this point is usually the longest part and requires hours of hands on work. But we are in the home stretch now.
Complete frame
Your frame is now complete. The top coat has been buffed and polished and looks fantastic. It's ready for wheels, components and a rider to take it out for its first ride.
BONDED FORK
Designing a fork is the easy part, making one is the hard part. This one looks and rides really well. It was made alongside your frame and are paired perfectly to each other.
Complete Fork
As with the frame, your fork is now ready to ride. Colour matched to your frame and finished with the same attention to detail. Together, these two will take you on the best rides of your life.
